Shipping (within the United States)
Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping charges will apply to all other orders. Dr. Sniff ships via UPS or FedEx.
We process orders in the order they are received, following credit approval. While we strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day, you may find small delays during periods of high volume.
Order Modification or Cancellation
We are not able to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. If there is an issue, please call us at 1 (561) 901-5341 or email email@example.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

Exchanges + Returns
We welcome your feedback with regard to any of our products or services. Should you wish to return a product, please return to the original point of purchase along with the original receipt. Please confirm the return policy at the original point of purchase, as each of our partners has their own return policy. If you buy Dr. Sniff products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot assist you with any issues that you may encounter.

Except where refunds are required by law, we will offer an exchange or store credit on unopened and unused items providing that goods are returned to us within 30 calendar days of receipt with proof of purchase. Orders and/or products that include a special offer, gift with purchase, coupon, promotion, discount, or special shipping offer are final sale. Kibble Pet Grooming stores are not able to accept returns from online purchases.
